ServiceNow Practice Lead
JOB OVERVIEW (Full Time or Contract. Remote is ok)
ConfigureTek is looking for ServiceNow Leads and/or Architects with deep expertise in one or more of the ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, SecOps, CSM, GRC, ITOM or others. We are looking for individuals who have strong consulting and implementation backgrounds within their areas of expertise. They must have been a key part of the pre-sales processes and also have expertise with writing and scoping SOWs within their areas of focus. The ideal candidate must be able to drive client presentations to showcase not only the technical and consulting value but also business and ROI value to our ServiceNow clients. The candidate must have strong communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of IT software consulting experience with 3-5 years’ experience supporting or implementing ServiceNow products.
JOB DUTIES
- Lead the practice area by providing sales, pre-sales and delivery support, guidance and best practices
- Scope and validate engagements by ensuring the SOWs are in line with expectations and delivery capabilities
- Liaise between the sales and delivery organization with regards to scope
- Act as a client escalation point of contact within the areas of focus
- Develop best practices methodology within areas of expertise
- Delivery of consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow
- Pre-Sales functions which include supporting sales teams with demos, webinars, solutioning, scoping and other such discussions.
- Conduct workshops with clients to articulate the value of the solution
- Develop custom software solutions as required through scripting and software development
- Prepare technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and as internally required
- Support the development and growth of the services delivered by ConfigureTek
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven expertise with pre-sales, scoping, best practices and consulting within the areas of focus
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must have have numerous implementations under their belt and be able to rely on their deep experience and expertise within their areas of focus
- Expertise with CMDB and ITIL
