JOB OVERVIEW (Full Time or Contract. Remote is ok)

ConfigureTek is looking for experienced ServiceNow administrators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow administration.

JOB DUTIES

  • Day to day administration of ServiceNow for ConfigureTek’s clients
  • Must have experience in multiple modules within ServiceNow
  • Prepare technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and as internally required
  • Support the development and growth of the services delivered by ConfigureTek
  • Ability to setup, configure and code custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven expertise in administration of ServiceNow
  • Certifications in the areas of ITOM, SecOps, GRC, ITBM or SAM
  • Expertise with CMDB and ITIL
